Service Description

This is the grounding stage, offering trauma‑informed education, intention setting, safety planning, parts work, and resourcing for those considering a sacred journey.
 This is the space where we ready the heart, mind, and body for the journey ahead. Includes: Comprehensive screening, consent & expectations, integration plan draft, grounding tools, and caregiver/“sitter” guidance when appropriate.
 At least 3 preparation sessions are required.
